[이메일] 자주 사용하는 영어 문장표현

감사합니다

  • Thank you for + -ing (~해 줘서 고맙습니다)
  • Thank you for+ 명사 (~에 감사드립니다 / ~고맙습니다)
  • I / We appreciate + 명사

   예) Thanks for helping me with the project.

   예) Thanks for telling me about the problems at the site.

   예) Thank you for your e-mail explaining your reason for delay in the project.

   예) Thank you for the gracious help I received during my trip to the U.S. last month.

   예) I appreciate the welcome you gave our president last week.

   예) We appreciate your interest in the position.

 

~에 대한 것입니다

  • I am writing to + 동사
  • I am writing in response to your inquiry.
  • I am writing in regard to the meeting.
  • This is in regard to the new project.
  • This is in regard to your e-mail of March 2.


~에 관하여

  • This is e-mail to +동사
  • In regard to + 명사
  • Regarding/Concerning+ 명사

    ) This e-mail is to inform you of the proposed changes.

    예) This e-mail is to provide details on the new project.

    예) In regard to your e-mail dated June 1, we would like to apologize for the delay.

    예) In regard to the new business, the CEO wants to put it on hold.

    예) Regarding next month’s meeting, I suggest we prepare a written agenda.   


사과하기   

  • I apologize for + 명사 / ing / about

    예) I apologize for the delay in your shipment.

    예) I apologize for not replying sooner.

    예) I am sorry about the inconvenience my staff may have caused you.

    예) I am sorry for sending you the wrong information last seek.

유감 표현하기

  • I am sorry (that)~ / I am sorry to + 동사
  • I am sorry, but~
  • Regretfully, ~ (유감스럽지만)
  • Unfortunately, ~ (아쉽지만)

   예) I am sorry that you have to leave.

   ) I am sorry to hear the news.

   예) I am sorry, but I cannot authorize it.

  • I would be + 형용사 (~하겠습니다)

  • I am / We are pleased to + 동사 (~하게 되어 기쁩니다)
  • It is my / our pleasure to + 동사 (~하게 되어 기쁘게 생각합니다)
  • I / We would be glad to + 동사 (기꺼이 ~하겠습니다)

    예) We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to our internship program.

    예) I would be glad to join your club.

    예) We would be glad to send you our new catalog.

    예) It would be my pleasure to give the key note address.

    예) It would be glad to reserve the hotel rooms for you.


~대로

  • As+주어+mentioned (~가 언급한 대로)
  • As+주어+requested (~가 요청한 대로)
  • As we discussed (우리가 논의한 대로)
  • As + 동사 (~한 대로 / ~한 것처럼)
         예) As laid out in my last memo, the new store hours will be from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

     ) As Tim said yesterday afternoon during our brief meeting, we will send out the press release tomorrow afternoon.

     ) As I mentioned in my last e-mail, the staff is becoming restless.


~해 주십시오(부탁/요청)

  • Please+ 동사
  • I / We ask that you + 동사 (~하기를 당부합니다)
  • I / We request that 명사 동사 (~하기를 요청합니다)

  예) Please call me if you have any question.

  예) Please forward me the data by tomorrow.

  예) I ask that you send me the report as soon as possible.

  예) We ask that you contact us to confirm the meeting data.

  예) We request that this matter be discussed in your next meeting.
