[이메일] 미국에서 실제로 사용하는 표현 - 자료요청 편

미국에서 일을 시작하기 전, 한국에서 비즈니스 이메일 작성 관련해 미리 외국인과 작성 연습을했었다. 미리 연습을 하고 왔더니 처음 외국인과 업무를 할 때 당황하지 않았던 기억이 난다. 벌써 6개월 차에 접어들면서 이제는 광고, PR 관련 업무 관련해 내가 자주 쓰는 표현 및 내용이 어느정도 굳혀졌다.

사실 팀 내에서 주고받는 메일 표현과 회사 밖의 담당자들과 메일을 주고받거나 메일 주제에 따라 표현이 다르다. 하지만 이건 미국 업무뿐 아니라 한국에서도 마찬가지 이기때문에 한국에서 업무했던 경험을 상기시키며 표현만 영어로 한다고 생각하면 그리 어려운 일은 아니다.  

아래는 내가 실제로 미국에서 외부 담당자(고객사, 미디어 등)와 자료요청, 자료 전달을 위해 주고받은 이메일 샘플이다. 

자료파일 전달
